Booking & Scheduling
You can book online through our website, call us at (555) 123-4567, or send us a WhatsApp message. We recommend booking at least 48 hours in advance for best availability.
We require 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will be charged 50% of the service fee.
Yes! If you have a preferred therapist, please mention their name when booking. We'll do our best to accommodate your request based on availability.
Services & Treatments
Yes! We use only certified organic ingredients in all our treatments. Most are sourced from local organic farms within 100 miles of our spa.
Arrive 15 minutes early to complete a brief health questionnaire. Your therapist will consult with you about your needs and preferences before beginning your treatment.
Absolutely! We have two couples suites with side-by-side tables. It's perfect for anniversaries, date nights, or just spending quality time together.
Pricing & Packages
Yes! We have several package options that offer savings on multiple treatments. Check our Pricing page for current packages, or ask about creating a custom package.
We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, cash, and digital payment methods like Apple Pay and Google Pay. We also sell gift certificates.
